LIKE A PB&J, BUT NUT-FREE!
This is our fruit-infused, nut-free take on gianduja. Traditionally, gianduja is a chocolate with at least 30% hazelnut paste. Since we are entirely nut-free, we used sunflower seed butter instead of hazelnuts to create that creamy texture and nutty-but-nut-free flavor. Bits of crushed strawberries add a jammy contrast to the earthy sunflower seed butter. This bar tastes like a PB&J!
