Elliot Home + Lifestyle currently ships within Canada only. If you would like something shipped internationally, please contact us.
All orders are shipped using Canada Post Expedited Shipping with tracking included. We will strive to process and ship out your orders within 3-5 business days.

Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Elliot Home + Lifestyle strives to keep the website's inventory up to date, but item availability is not always guaranteed. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email and given the option to backorder or have the purchase refunded.
IN-STORE PICK UP + LOCAL DELIVERY
Orders placed within Medicine Hat are available for in-store pick up during business hours at our downtown location, 203 - 462 4th Street SE. Orders placed during our business hours will be ready for pick up after two hours. Orders placed outside of business hours will be ready for pick up the following business day an hour after opening. We are also able to provide local delivery in Medicine Hat for a flat rate of $7. If you have special delivery instructions or requests, please contact us directly at email@example.com or 403-878-3230.
If an item is received damaged, please contact Elliot Home + Lifestyle at firstname.lastname@example.org. All damages must be reported within 24 hours upon receiving the order.

For in-store purchase, we are accepting exchanges or store-credit on clothing returned within 7 days of your purchase. All items must have the original tag attached and be unworn.
