Process:
The grape varieties selected for this limited-edition wine were nothing short of magical. They carefully harvested plump Pinot Gris, fragrant Muscat, elegant Sylvaner, and aromatic Gewürztraminer grapes, each contributing their unique notes to the blend. The grapes were gently pressed, allowing their skins to mingle and impart a beautiful golden hue to the juice, a process known as soft maceration.

Each sip reveals a symphony of flavours: the juicy sweetness of ripe peaches, the zesty notes of citrus, and the floral hints of jasmine and rose, complemented by touches of herbs and spices. The magic tannins create a round and smooth mouthfeel.
