The classic, New Orleans-style cocktail bitter inspired by the famous recipe invented in the French Quarter by Antoine Peychaud in the early 1900's. Made from a 100% alcohol-free base of vegetable glycerin and distilled water, and a blend of aromatic herbs and botanicals, supported by dashes of wormwood, fennel, cinnamon, and more. Use in bold, classic New Orleans cocktails like the Sazerac or Vieux Carré, or more simply, add to soda or seltzer for a refreshing addition to your bubbles.
