Apples and chocolate are not a popular pairing, which is a shame. We love the way apple’s acidity complements our unroasted chocolate - there’s just the right amount of brightness, along with notes of caramel. For this bar, we blend apples straight into the chocolate, along with ginger and cinnamon, then fold in black tea and cardamom-infused cacao butter. It tastes like that crisp, cool refreshing breeze on an autumn night.
