Bright, citrusy, and perfectly balanced — this is the classic Paloma, minus the tequila. We press fresh grapefruit, peel it to extract the natural oils for deeper flavor, infuse it with rosemary for an herbal edge, and sweeten it just enough with agave to let the fruit shine through. No grapefruit concentrate. No natural flavours. Just whole citrus, fresh herbs, pressed and clarified over days to get the flavour right.
Serve it: Straight from the can, ice cold Salted rim optional (but recommended) As a mixer with tequila or mezcal (for those who drink)
Pairs with: Tacos, ceviche, grilled fish, guacamole, or anything you'd drink a real Paloma with.
