Deep. Berry-forward. Sophisticated in every pour.

Completing the acclaimed Piquette Zero trio from Nova Scotia’s Benjamin Bridge is the Ruby Zero. While the original is citrus-driven and the Pink is floral and tropical, the Ruby brings a darker, more brooding elegance to the table. This is an alcohol-free (0.0% ABV) spritzer designed for those who gravitate toward the deeper, richer profiles of red fruit—offering a wine-style experience that is as complex as it is refreshing.

Crafted with the same "winemaker’s mindset" that prioritizes character over industrial processing, Piquette Ruby Zero is a bold, flavor-dense beverage that proves non-alcoholic drinking can be just as dramatic and satisfying as any fine vintage.

Blackcurrant, lavender, and a rich ruby core—the boldest of the Piquette trio.

TASTING NOTES

The Appearance: A striking, bright ruby colour that deepens into a beautiful, vibrant magenta hue in the glass.

The Aroma: Highly inviting. A sophisticated bouquet of red and black forest fruits is layered with the calming, herbal notes of lavender and a subtle, intriguing touch of spice.

The Palate: A rich, velvety core of dark fruit. It is well-structured, featuring tangy acidity that keeps the drink lively, accompanied by persistent, echoing suggestions of blackcurrant.

The Finish: Persistent and elegant. It leaves a dry, sophisticated trail that balances the depth of the fruit with a clean, refreshing snap.

PAIRS WITH

Hearty Fare: The depth of the dark fruit makes this an excellent match for grilled portobello mushrooms, roast duck, or a hearty lentil stew.

Charcuterie & Cheese: Pairs brilliantly with aged cheddar, nutty Gruyère, or a platter of smoked meats.

Evening Wind-Down: Its richer profile makes it a fantastic "end-of-day" drink—enjoy it as a sophisticated alternative to a glass of red wine.

The Ritual: Serve slightly cooler than room temperature (about 12–14°C) in a standard red wine glass. This temperature allows the lavender and spice aromatics to emerge without losing the crispness of the finish.
