Inspired by Nova Scotia’s iconic wine, Nova 7 by Benjamin Bridge Vineyards, Nova Zero is a groundbreaking non-alcoholic experience delivering the unmistakable characteristics that have made its namesake a symbol of the East Coast. In the glass, an elegant wild rose hue. On the nose, aromas of ripe peaches, guava and lychee, hints of orange blossom and white roses. An instantly refreshing palate of citrus, green apple sorbet and honeysuckle gives way to a clean and lively finish.
Winemaking: While using the insights we've gained over 25 years of premium winemaking, Nova Zero is not made from dealcoholized wine. Instead, we've used a unique and proprietary process involving Muscat grape must, trace amounts of wine, and other natural ingredients to create this inclusive iteration of Nova Scotia's favourite wine.
