How to Brew the Perfect Iced Tea
Hot Brew Method:
- Steep 4 tsp of tea in hot water for 5–7 minutes
- Sweeten if desired, then let it cool
- Pour over ice and garnish with fresh mint or lemon slices
Cold Brew Method:
- Add 2 tsp per cup of water (or 2.5 tbsp per liter)
- Steep in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight
- Strain and serve over ice
